Welcome to the Dallas chapter of Guardian Angels, a nationally recognized safety patrol group who raises community awareness and safeguards the city. Throughout the night,highly trained and committed volunteers walk the beat in lower greenville, deep ellum, and other parts of Dallas in effort to deter criminal activity and provide an additional sense of safety to patrons of popular Dallas establishments. Dallas Angels also attend community events to provide an additional element of security. Each chapter of Guardian Angels has specific and unique ways in which they provide extra assistance or raise awareness about various issues affecting one's safety. Dallas Angels
concentrate on weekly patrols within the Dallas
community and specific events or festivals where
additional security is
needed. Every "Angel" strives to be a good role model and
reaches
out in areas where the community needs assistance. One way in
which Dallas angels reach out is providing personal
protection for women and children who find themselves in a
high-risk
situation and have taken refuge at a shelter. If
these women
need
to retrieve personal belongings, attend a function, or the
shelter
needs extra security the Guardian Angels of Dallas are
